Yesterday I had someone come in to the office with an attitude because he were having a hard time finding work. I try my best to comfort them because I know how hard it is not to have a job and need money.
First I ask him if he could finish completing the application, but he was not interested in doing so. So I let that go and went with what he had on his resume. Second I needed his W4 completed for payroll. Explaining once he started to work for us he would receive a paycheck the following week. Still he was incorporative he stated the last time he filled out an application was over twenty years ago. I began to strike up a conversation with him about how things have changed so much an we have to be willing to try new things. He said he was very uncomfortable but he was happy that I took time out to listen to him. I just want people to know as staffing coordinators in this economy we also understand the frustration it must be starting over for a new employer. I'm happy that I work for an agency that allows me to have friendly converstaion with applicants. At the end of the day I feel like I have made someones day a little bit brighter and that's a good thing.

Don't do this
This would be a perfect example, do not come to interview dressed like this.
Next you would not walk into the office and say U got any jobs. When scheduled for interview do don't bring your friend and ask if he could go with you.
My name is Tee and I am currently working at a staffing agency as a Staffing Coordinator. I am not the type of person who judges or pick and choose who I like. This job has taking me to a place where there is an understanding for every culture. I love people and I understand that people need love. When I start my day I ask God to give me what I need to my job. When someone comes into the office you never know what they are going through.
